The hours for ArtWalk will be from at least 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Monday-Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Agreement

I understand and sign off on the following:  - I will work with a selected venue to develop space, display, lighting and traffic flow - I understand that I may have one piece submitted for one entry fee, or a body of work which may consist of several pieces that make up a larger collage - I understand it is my responsibility to work with the venue to coordinate all clean up and clearing of space once the event is finished. - I may sell submitted artwork but it must remain in the venue until the event has ended on October 8, 2011. - I grant the MSDDA permission to take photographs of my entry/entries and grant the MSDDA irrevocable worldwide license to use photographs of my entry/entries on event materials and the MSDDA/ArtWalk website. - I understand that my art may be removed from the venue at any time at the sole discretion of the Main Street Downtown Development Authority - I agree to indemnify hold the DDA harmless from a breach of, or any false statements made in, the artist rules/agreement, registration form and other representations, warranties et al., including attorney's fees and litigation costs incurred by the DDA relative to the same. - All ArtWalk artist participants must be at a minimum 18 years of age  There will be a non-refundable $25.00 artist registration fee made payable to the Grand Haven Downtown Development Authority.
